Had a chipped tooth & needed someone to take a look quite quickly. Timberhill gave me a same day appointment. The dentist checked the tooth & protected it with a small filling, no injection required. Very pleased with the excellent response from Timberhill.
Absolutely professional all the way, from the phone call to book the appointment to the end of the treatment. Welcoming practice with very well trained staff. The surgery is very clean, luminous. You don't feel rushed and I am very happy with the result of my treatment.

I was very happy with my recent experience. Dr Kataria explained everything very clearly and made me feel at ease during the procedure, checking regularly that I was ok. He was happy to answer any questions I had and gave clear post procedure instructions. All the staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend Timberhill Practice.

Like most people I was not looking forward to having root canal treatment. Thankfully, the team at Timberhill Dental Practise were wonderful. The receptionists always give a warm welcome to make you feel at ease and the Specialist Endodontist Vip is excellent at making you feel comfortable throughout. Along with Dental Assistant Shirley, he kept the appointment upbeat with reassuring chat to let me know exactly what was going to happen and a choice of background music to help relax me. I can't thank them enough for making my appointment as stress-free as possible and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
Very friendly team! The receptionist was super polite and very helpful, and as a new patient answered all my questions with a smile. The hygienist Leanne is amazing! She has a gentle approch, very friendly manner and totally made me feel at ease after being apprehensive about dental appts for many years in the past. Definitely recommend!

I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I have to. I can't recommend Timberhill Dental Practice and in particularly Dr Treon highly enough. I originally found the practice whilst looking for a new dentist for my father who lives in a nearby care home. I was so impressed with the service provided by everyone one from the receptionist who initially took my call, through to Dr Treon who made my father feel at home and patiently and clearly explained what she was going to do that I decided to move to the practice myself. I have suffered for some time with dental issues of my own, I had mentioned these to my previous dentist of many years but the problems persisted. I'm delighted to say that following an initial consultation and two appointments with Dr Treon the problems have been rectified. I can honestly say that I can't remember the last time my teeth and bite felt so solid and secure. Thank you to the whole team.

I highly recommend this practice. I have had a very challenging root canal treatment done by Dr Kataria, who has been amazing, he spent a lot of time writing emails and reports to specialist at King's College Hospital to make the right decisions about my treatment and alway kept me up to date. I also saw Leanne the hygienist who was brilliant.
All the receptionist are really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Couldn't be happier with the care I received. Saw specialist Dr Kataria, whose willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring the best outcome possible for a quite complicated root canal treatment was truly exceptional. The fee for an additional appointment was even waved as he was not satisfied that the tooth had healed enough. First-rate, would highly recommend both Dr Kataria and the practice.
Dr Anita Sandhu makes visiting the dentist very nearly a pleasure. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Having been with them for 5 years + says a lot about these lovely people - they are kind, treat everyone equally, smiley and relaxed
Met on arrival by a pleasant lady. Had my treatment with the hygienist first, again a lovey lady. Then down stairs to see Derek for my six monthly check up. Always greeted with a smile and a chat.

Excellent service , very polite staff , premises clean and conforming to Covid protocol. Cannot appreciate the Dentist enough . I have been under care of Dr Bella Treon for the past 18 months . Her dedication to her work, her expertise in her profession, is par excellent . Her bedside manners and care to the patient is excellent and reassuring, The nursing staff working with her are excellent too. I presented a difficult decision on whether a tooth needed to be extracted. After discussion we decided to fill the problem tooth and wait to see if it would settle. It seems a rational decision to give it a chance rather than the drastic action of extraction. I was party to the decision. TD

I completed a medical review online prior to my appointment. I much prefer this method instead of having to do this in the waiting room which was the system prior to Covid. I was met by your charming receptionist, directed upstairs to Leanne for my hygiene appointment. I was seen on time and the treatment was thorough and professional as always. I have attended this practice for many years and would like to say how very pleased I am with the treatments received in the past.

Friendly and professional team. I was nervous about root canal treatment, but Dr Kataria talked me through everything and what to expect, both at the consultation and the procedure itself. Put me at ease and had lots of confidence in his work. All round, a good experience!
I had root canal surgery this morning with Dr Kataria. He is incredibly thorough, kind, communicative and dedicated to doing the best possible job he can. I enjoy going to the dentist anyway (I know I'm weird!) but the team make it such a friendly and fun experience. I can't recommend Dr Kataria more highly.
p.s. Just had the final part of my treatment today- pic 2. Went really well. Dr Kataria is one of a rare breed- someone who is passionate about their work, takes pleasure in doing it to the best of his ability and is a lovely person.

I always get excellent and very professional medical attention at Timberhill. The wonderful Anita is always exceptionaly kind, caring and patient, as well as extremely good at dental care. I had a long procedure (over 1 hour) and she kept me imformed throughout, checking regualrly on my wellbeing. I would recommend her to everyone.
I'm new to Timberhill Dental Surgery but so far have have been very pleased with the service. The reception service is very efficient and the premises are nice with excellent COVID procedures. The dental care plan was transparent and very clearly explained by the dentist. The dental work is first rate and I'm very happy with the results to date.

My first visit since Covid 19 and the enhanced hygiene procedures couldn't have been more reassuring. Visibly clean, clear protocols and extensive efforts being taken to keep staff and patients safe. Clearly a lot of thought and money has been spent in implementing these to the credit of the practice.

Dr. Kataria and the rest of the team at Timberhi Dental Practice made me feel safe and welcome and even during a tough Root Canal it all went perfect!
Due to the fact that the tooth in question was 1) at the very back, 2) the canal was extremely deep and 3) the canals were very wavy, Dr. Vipul Kataria was recommended to me and I'm so grateful to him and the entire staff of this practice who were all so understanding and friendly. The procedure was explained so well to me before, during and after in GREAT depth, I felt in the loop the entire time and, moreover, was absolutely painless! I live almost two hours from the practice and had to take 4 trains to reach it but it was MORE than worth it! I couldn't recommend it more.
I would just like to say how Phenomenal Anita & her practice team are there at Timberhill Caterham, My daughter had a serious issue with her teeth and within a couple of hours she was seen and refereed to an emergency hospital team and now on the road to recovery . Throughout the whole experience their main concern was for my daughter and have continued to keep in touch . They genuine concern and professionalism goes beyond the call and would highly recommend them . We can not thank them enough

Vipul Kataria Is an excellent Endodontist. He explained the Root Canal procedure in a professional and friendly manner and carried out the treatment with expertise and persistence using specialist tools.
I was referred to him by Dr Mihir Shah at Battersea Park Dental for the specialist procedure and it turned out to be a great recommendation.

This had to be one of the best dental practices I've been to. Felt very comfortable and relaxed being there. The staff are A star and couldn't fault them or surgery in any way . Highly recommend.
My son and I have been going to the practice to see Derrick for 5 years. I have had check-ups, extractions, and Implants. They have been very professional and made my experience a comfortable one that could have been a lot worse. I highly recommend any adult or child to attend this practice, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional.
I have been considering Botox for about a year, but honestly been far too scared to go through with it. My intense dislike of needles and, well, pain, putting paid to any vanity I had about the deep crevice between my eyebrows.
However, finally I decided to give it ago and I am so relieved that I found a practice as good as the one I did. I scared myself silly before hand by reading horror stories on the net about women with swollen eyes and serious side effects, by the staff at Timberhill put my mind at ease. The nurse even held my hand when I admitted I was scared of needles, even though it didn't hurt!
All in all, I am so pleased with the results. I have been hiding behind a fringe for three years but the last two weeks I've been braving a side sweep I never would have thought possible. There have been no side effects, only positive differences that I could see form the very next day.
I shall definitely be returning for future treatments and I highly recommend to all women who are fed up with age stealing their confidence.
